1. Overview

Welcome to Pahan and Sons Enterprises, owner of the brand Ranu.

As we deal in food and consumable products, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards. Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.


2. No Return Policy

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Delivered products
  • Opened or used products
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase

Please review your order carefully before placing it.


3. Refund / Replacement Eligibility

A refund or replacement may be offered only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Package received in a visibly tampered condition

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request support, please contact us with:

  • Your name and contact number
  • Clear photos/video of the package and product
  • Description of the issue

5. Approval Process

After reviewing your request, we may:

  • Approve a replacement product, or
  • Issue a partial or full refund, depending on the issue.

Our decision will be based on the evidence provided and will be final.


6. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Processing time may also depend on Razorpay or your bank.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

To cancel, contact us immediately after placing the order.
